1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data
  We log how you use the app: features accessed, pages viewed, session length, crash reports, and performance data.
• Device Information
  Your device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Identifier for Advertisers or IDFA), IP address, and mobile carrier.
• Analytics
  We use third-party analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase) to understand app usage and improve user experience.

1.3 Location Data

If you grant permission, we may collect precise or approximate location data to enable location-based features. You can disable location collection at any time via your device settings.

1.4 Face Data

Keli collects two types of face data only when you explicitly initiate analysis features: (1) facial structure data using Apple's ARKit, and (2) skin data inferred from 2D images. This data is collected solely to provide facial structure analysis and skin analysis features that offer beauty-related insights. Facial structure data is processed entirely on your device and never transmitted to our servers, remaining only on your device or in your private iCloud account if backup is enabled. Skin data is temporarily processed on our secure servers only for the time needed to complete analysis, after which it is deleted from our servers while results remain stored on your device or iCloud. We do not share your face data with any third parties. Facial structure data remains on your device until you delete it through the app. Skin data is retained on our servers only during processing, then permanently deleted once analysis is complete. You maintain complete control over your face data - collection only occurs when you initiate an analysis, and you can delete any stored data through the app interface.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and personalize the Keli experience.
• Process account registration and authentication.
• Analyze usage trends to improve functionality and performance.
• Send you transactional messages (e.g., password resets) and promotional communications (with your consent).
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and other unauthorized activities.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We will not rent or sell your information to third parties. We may share information:

• With Service Providers
  Vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support) under confidentiality obligations.
• For Legal Reasons
  If required by law or in response to valid legal process (e.g., a subpoena).

Keli is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us to have the data removed.

8. International Data Transfers

If you are located outside the United States, please note that your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. by our staff and service providers. By using the app, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this policy from time to time. When changes are significant, we will notify you via the app or by other means prior to implementing the changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects when the latest version became effective.
